Easy install good quality A******
Works great, but depends upon Ariel and signal.
The spliter works very well and this company have been making these since the 80's so trusted company history in fact I still have an old spliter that clamps direct to the cable and still works cant fail with these like the water proofing much more upto date in abs plastics!
Still own Lga 775 chips and this is about as far as you would want to utilise old legacy boards such a G41. Its more refined than G31, but not necessarily better.
For those who like to overclock Xeons and the last of the quad core Q**** chips.
The board is so refined that it does only what it was supposed to and not much more.
The board can actually show 4GB of DDR2 ram and claims to have 2.0Pci-e slot for GPU usage.
Overclocking is probmatic due to the high voltages it uses to get a foot on the overclocking ladder.
To see results of 3.5Ghz+ your voltages on this board can easily hit over 1.3V whilst a G31 board can hit 3.7Ghz with ease around 1.2v. Dependent upon the Xeon or Intel chip squeezing speed is hard from the G41 boards from Gigabyte.
The bios is smoother and more user friendly but you will find auto settings are actually useless compared to G31 bios settings. The Bios on the G41 barks back and defaults to basic settings to save you from doing damage, which takes longer to establish a decent overclock.
As a old legacy board for Lga 775's she does exactly what she should, just don't expect today’s speeds as a i3 sandy bridge would crush this on a good day!
