William E Wheeler artist
William E Wheeler was a dedicated artist and tutor. I have known Bill personally and as a fellow artist over many years being from the same town of Pontypridd in South Wales.
His book is a true reflection of his ability as an artist and that Bill was always ready to pass on his artistic expertise to others. Bill's art was always fresh and well executed and put the viewer on the spot, and indeed his work is much sought after.
Bill has left a vacancy in the art world that will be difficult to fill.
