  I ordered three baits total and only received 2 of them. I sent Jason a message that one was missing and he called me in less than 2 minutes after I sent the message at 9:00pm his time and let me know the third was on the way. Top notch customer service. The baits are gorgeous and very well made with top notch hardware. Seriously you could put these on your mantle as show pieces.
