Not Loud Enough

I don't know if this works or not, as it's so quiet that the dog completely ignores it. It seriously needs to be 70 or 80 Db louder if it is going to be remotely effective. I was disappointed as the 'promised range, ie, effective operating distance is zero feet; and even then the dog isn't fazed by it at all. In my opinion, like all of the others I've tried, this is a triumph of promise over delivery. Shame, as it's a well made neat little unit.
