The Wonders of Technology!
I watched many videos before I decided to purchase this Joy For All Companion Cat. I bought it for my 90+ Mother who at times has mentioned that she misses having a pet, but knows she would not manage the feeding, litter tray or vet trips any more.
Our 'Creamy-White' cat has arrived very quickly, on time and in perfect condition. It already had the batteries inside and was ready to go. The movements are very true to life and it is still surprising us with new sounds and actions after 24 hours. It does everything it says in the various descriptions and videos and perhaps a bit more. It has just yawned for example which neither my partner or I have heard it do as yet.
I should explain that my Mother will get it for her Christmas present-we are just trying it out! My somewhat skeptical neighbour was invited around to 'meet' the cat and after seeing its life-like-life-less body on the chair asked 'so what does it do then?' After 10 minutes of of stroking and talking she couldnt stop interacting with it!
It purrs loudly, and vibrates while it purrs, it cleans it's paw, it rolls backwards to have it's tummy stroked, it's ears move, it blinks, it turns it's head, it yawns and sleeps. It seems to react to some sound and movement in front of it's head. There are some robot like mechanical sounds whilst it moves but eventually you do'nt take much notice of them anymore
Our two short haired cats as such have not reacted to it much although they have acknowledged it's presence. However there are definite signs of jealousy when it sits with my partner and I as 'Willow'-one of our two short haired cats-sits on the window-sill with her tail wagging indicating irritation!
All in all I am very happy with the cat and will do an update when my Mother receives it and starts to interact with it.

2 identical chests ordered but two different sets if fittings and instructions...
I am extremely happy with my 2 purhases of 5 drawer chests. My only gripe was that i based my 2nd purchase on the ease with which i assembled the first set of drawers. But then when the 2nd chest arrived it had completely different small parts and assembly instructions. However once i was used to the idea that i couldnt rely on experience the chest could be assembled as easily as the first. I love Corona furniture because it is solid strong and robust. You get good size drawers for your money. It is possible to assemble the furniture single-handedly with basic tools. Usually their are more screws etc than you need which is really helpful. So im happy to rate these chests with 5 stars and in both cases they arrived a day earlier than expected. Thank you!
