It fits a cabrio- nothing else

To save people a lot of time whilst searching for a window repair kit- this is the ONLY one I have found listed that fits a 8p7 Audi A3 cabriolet. There are many listed on Ebay that say they will fit a 3 door and a convertible but they won't. I know because i have ordered one in the past and tried to make it fit with much wailing and gnashing of teeth. But it doesn't. The convertible regulators are unique, cannot be used on any other model and this is the only one I have found that will fit the regulator which is part no. 8P7837461A. I used it for the passenger side (UK left) but I believe it will fit both sides. It is a little fiddly to install as there are no tutorials online specific to this but stick with it as the only other alternative is to buy a whole new regulator from the dealers for £140
