  What a brilliant experience. Neil was incredibly proactive and really detailed in his responses. It was delivered in super quick time even though it was a very big clock. The packaging was solid, pretty much "bomb proof". The clock needed some instructions to rearrange after delivery and all the instructions I needed were perfectly set out within the packaging.
