Not what it says it is.

First it is made of steel and not wrought iron. I checked this with a metal specialist.
It came badly packed and parts were missing. No top and missing nuts and bolts.
It is heavily rusted both inside and outside the tubular steel.
Unfortunately, unable to return because of the current emergency.
