My wife and I are retired and downsizing. We owned a closet and storage organizing business for 29 years and were involved in the industry for 36 years. Hence our name! We have been homeowners for 32 years too!

Our home and business have always been smoke and pet free and all our listings are from our home or business. Most of our listings are original owner, going back as many as 40 plus years! I was an auto mechanic in my teen years and am an extensive do it yourselfer. I also have been a hands on auto enthusiast and have been known to be fairly finicky about taking care of our possessions. Thus many of our items are in either very good or excellent condition!

Being an eBay seller gives us a chance to find new homes for many items we have. As long time business owners, we know how to present, describe, package, and ship properly the items we have for sale. Worth spending the few dollars more for OE replacement
Purchased this bulb again to replace one that lasted over 5000 hours. Easy to change. Good instructions included. Have used non Phillips bulbs in past to save a few dollars but went back to this one due to much longer life span. Am I amazed at the difference in picture quality by the new bulb. Old bulb gave replacement signal by randomly suddenly shutting off the tv. Feel like I have a new TV now!

No more excuses for getting lost!
I bought this because my brother in law said it was the best birthday present he ever received. I believe it. No longer does darkness, bad weather, or inadequate road or address markings hinder arriving at a destination. This unit does so much. Turn by turn direction is obvious, but estimated time of arrival, multiple way points, memory of previous addresses, posted speed limits, overall directions from start to finish, and more. This can be used in a vehicle or as a pedestrian. Buy one and move it from vehicle to vehicle. Address entry is very easy, as soon as it can determine only one or two possibilities, it offers a choice to select. It quickly plots a route to follow. This unit will often give you a route you would not think of, especially in an area you do not frequent. Depending on your speed, this will alert you differing distances from your next route change to allow you to safely prepare to act. The screen does change color based on daylight or darkness. It lags about a second or two following a route. When following a route, the display shows a map with cross street names, your speed, compass direction, posted speed limit, and estimated arrival time. When you first start using it, you tend to watch the display to monitor its accuracy. Once you get used to it, you enter your destination and way points and just listen to the audio directions, and compare your speed to the posted speeds on the unit. The posted speed limits are not always accurate from the unit. You can enter a home address permanently and just hit "Go home" for directions. From a security standpoint I would not enter a home address unless you do not leave the unit where someone could access it. I tried using a navigation system about 3-4 years ago and was frustrated in trying to use it. This unit is fairly easy and intuitive to just start using, although some features are a little difficult to find. If you get lost easily or find electronic gadget confusing I would definitely suggest a nav system like this. This unit does speak street names but sometimes not clearly. Another negative feature is this one likes to turn it self back on and being turned off but still left plugged in. This does have a battery that does allow some use without power. I purchased this unit used. It has data from 2007 but is upgradable and has the option to add real time traffic also. I would purchase it again in a heartbeat.

Different actions should garner different results!
Great book! Good ideas for job search and interviewing in the second half. First half more soul searching. Have given the book to a 22 year old nephew with no job experience in this economy. Hope it helps!
