  This was packed insufficiently and arrived damaged, it is for a christmas present. I sent pictures as requested to the seller but they are asking me to pay to return damaged goods. This is their responsibility for not packing the item properly. I have asked for a replacement and a pre paid label to return it but they are not being helpful.
