Faulty
I wouldn’t recommend buying this product. We’ve had ours since April and it has operated perfectly until the latest cleaning process when it developed a fault that is not covered in the manual Troubleshooting guide.

Good Water Heater
Very good water heater that would benefit from an on/off switch and settings that allow you to set the desired quantity. I keep forgetting it's filling and leave it to overflow but that's just me! It looks good and seems well made - a definite improvement on my previous Breville one cup.

Signs of wear and tear.
I paid extra for the original box but that was a waste of money as it was an old battered thing that offered very little protection to it's contents. They shouldn't have offered that as an option - just a bubble wrap bag would have been better. The phones and base units are showing signs of wear and tear with scratches and blemishes. However, easy to set up and in use so far have proved to be perfect for the job. Good battery life to date and work as expected. I think in future i will only buy new as reconditioned can mean anything..
