Wii Fit Plus - great for getting fit without stress

The console and Wii Fit programme has a great keep fit suite, especially for somelike me with a disability - that means high impact activity is not an option. It is easy to set up and Wii Fit plus is fun and easy to follow. It also makes you work hard and pushes you according to the area of fitness that you are working on. I thought this would be sillly games for children and found that it had a serious range of fitness programmes for oldies like me. I am enjoying my purchase tremendously.
