Great value for money
It does exactly as it says - it charges! This was a really good deal because if you go onto the Brand's website to purchase it, it will cost £32.

Ideal switch from smoking nicotine
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are struggling to stop smoking altogether then consider switching to this herbal stuff. It might take a little bit of getting used to, however, once you do it's worth it to be free of nicotine. Eventually, I will stop altogether when my mindset is right, but until then, this is perfect.
It is very twiggy so you do lose some of it; unless you are meant to leave the twiggy bits it? If you've ever been to Amsterdam, it is just like what they have in the coffee shops and for the price, you can not go wrong.
I am of the understanding that the Government are going to be stopping the sale of baki under 30g products, which will hit a lot of people on the poorer end of the scale therefore, this could also be a good switch for them also.

Very good for beginners. Great value for money.
As I've been wanting to get started with doing pilates at home, I found the idea of doing 20 min sessions (x2) more appealing. Anyway, I definately recommend to someone whom like myself, need some motivation getting going when it comes to exercise because I now feel comfortable with pilates and 20 mins a time is not too long when first starting out.. .I've found it easier to stick too than if I went for an hour long dvd to begin with... I also suffer with my lower back and I do find this helpful also.
