Really pleased! Arrived promptly ( all the way from Germany to the UK) and exactly as described. I have used this with apples for cider and grapes for wine and it works really well for both. Apples need to be chopped so teeth can 'bite' onto flat surface - I just chucked the hopper full of grapes and stalks - great results for both. The wooden batten that fits across the hopper split yesterday - I shall make a new one as it is useful - though i think not essential. This supplier was the cheapest by quite a margin - I would definitely recommend them and this product!
