Very useful stuff
1 of 1 found this helpful I started out a few years ago with cataracts that were progressing at a steady clip. I have been using n acetyl carnosine regularly, at more or less the maintenance dose (because I can't remember to do it any more frequently) and my ophthalmologist is amazed at how little change there has been since I have started. I'm pleased.

Getting hard to find and I was delighted to locate it on ebay. Combines the sugar sweetness with the slightly bitter almond flavor. Not cheap, but worth it!
