  Arrived securely packaged, but with a catastrophic crack across the base of the vase. Although I can now this is visible in the sales photos, it was not obvious at the time of purchase due to the way light plays on the glass, and no mention was made in the description. I feel thoroughly ‘had’, and as the seller shouted ‘no returns’ I feel there is little point contacting them. Be very wary of buying from this seller as they are not open and honest in their sales descriptions.

  The crack you are so upset about is is in fact part of the moulding of the glass from when it was originally made! If you take it to someone that knows what they are talking about, they will be able to confirm this. As you say it is visible in the photos, this would suggest you didn't look at what you were buying as it is visible in the photos! Photos are very honest even if you think I am not!

  Although Royal Mail damaged the package, and some of the items inside were lost. So I had to send the parcel, with the remaining items for refund. This was dealt with by the seller quickly and professionally. And I would use this seller again, with no problem.

  Really awful experience with this seller. Watch described as "working well". It arrived kaput, it was completely overwound. Requested return, whereupon a really nasty and bizarre e mail conversation took place. The seller accused me of buying the watches to strip parts out of and made other equally irrational allegations such as calling me a "dodgy dealer!" I had to open a case with I buy a lot of watches and this seller is one to completely avoid. I wouldn't recommend this seller to anybody.

  You stated that this was not functioning correctly, besides the point that it was listed as for spares or repairs. I have received it back and surprise surprise it is working fine and exactly as stated! Listed as all my watches are for spares or repairs as they are old and all need servicing to keep them good. It was sold as working and it comes back to me working! You call yourself a dealer. "I bought 300 hundred watches last week, I'm an expert" well I'm afraid I disagree. I think you need to
