Dead battery
The battery was dead and the add said the battery was good

deceptive selling
0 of 1 found this helpful They soldered on the board and made it show the three rings. bad seller. I kept it so that I could use the parts. It also had the Elite heatsinks, which I sold to help recover my losses. My total loss after selling parts was $2. A loss is a loss.
