The sticker sheet inside the sealed box was crumpled upon opening (not the seller's fault - there would be no way to tell). The seller immediately arranged for a replacement sticker sheet to be sent out by First Class and kept in touch to ensure I had received it. I was really impressed by the mix of professionalism and friendliness, I knew at once I was in safe hands. Delighted, can't put a price on good old fashioned customer service. Happy customer :)
