  Seller packed badly, in a padded envelope as opposed to in a box. Hence, one bottle cracked and leaked. And the auction image was misleading; it shows three bottles but the sale was only for one, which I found out once I received the envelope. I wrote the seller for a refund for the broken bottle and if possible a partial refund for the misleading image. And I sent pictures of the broken bottle. It did not induce her to pa a refund. Ultimately, ebay helped me get the refund.

  It took 11 days since the day I paid before I receive my item. Secondly, it is come as described. There was no Camille flour on the box nor was there at the price tag. Now I’m not sure about even the authenticity of this item. Terrible experience from a terrible seller. I don’t recommend anything to be purchased from the seller. The packaging was dirty velvet pouch had a stain on it. Lastly, the pin was not attached. It was upside down just thrown in the box.
