Brilliant for chronic congestion
1 of 1 found this helpful I have had some sort of chronic non allergic rhinitis - for years on and off. When it's bad, it gives me a headache every day which no painkillers will take away. I read an article about how effective using chilli nasal spray for this condition is. Bought some, and my symptoms were easily controlled by inhaling the spray. In fact I have M.E. and the article was about nasal symptoms linked to this condition. They call it a 'phantom rhinitis' which they identify as some sort of nerve dysfunction. It's well worth a try.
