Poor quality manufacturing.
1 of 3 found this helpful This is the second Tivoli Radio I've bought, and both barely worked. At least this one makes sound, but there's a loud hum when I plug my phone or laptop into the aux input, and the volume of the signal cuts in half every few minutes. Also, when you turn it over, some part inside moves around. These look cool, but they are very poorly manufactured.
