READ Model 56 Aprilaire Humidistat Automatic Humidifier Control Missing Outdoor

Not working properly

Installed this as a direct replacement to an identical control that was not working properly. The previous unit would only signal the humidifier unit to function on the test/reset dial setting. Unfortunately this replacement does not send power to the humidifier at all, even on the test/reset setting. Note both were being run in manual mode with no outdoor temp sensor. I need to troubleshoot further, maybe my problem is somewhere else. I was hoping for a plug and play replacement to get the humidifier unit functional again.
