  Received old non working part with no cares at all from the seller. Denied a refund and a partial refund till finally they agreed on a very small partial refund so very upset. Worst service I’ve ever received!! Good luck

  Thank you for the feedback. Sold as open box, no returns, never used. It's electronic, requires hardwire install. Buyer asked for another listing item, much cheaper, 2b included. We did, no chg, no addl ship. After install, buyer called Mfg, Told us part was trash due to redesign. We called Mfg. Was told part was absolutely useable per pkg applicability list. Now claims we mishandled part. Was stored boxed, temp/hum control. Did partial refund per request, of 43% of $35 purch and keep xtra parts
