I ordered 2 white percale pillowcases. I received one white, definitely not percale, shoved in a plastic food bag, and one creamy colour which was actually packaged as it should have been. I approached the seller to try and remedy this but received no reply at all. I know these were not expensive but I did expect to receive what was advertised and what I paid for. I don't mind there being an issue but I do mind being ignored and not able to rectify the problem.
