Great Product!! :)
If you stick to it you will see results!!Its a great value. All you need is your time. There are 3 workouts on the DVD. Workout 1= Level 1; and so on. She says in the video that they are like 30 minute long videos but they are more like 45 minutes. Its a great buy!! :)
