Audio Technica ATH-M40x Professional Monitor Headphones

Great sound quality, affordable price.

It's pretty hard to beat these headphones for the money. The sound quality is excellent, and they are fairly comfortable. They will get a little uncomfortable after several hours due to being somewhat tight and slightly warm, but that seems to be the tradeoff for less sound leakage. Although there is more sound leakage than with in-ear phones, it's definitely not bad at all. Overall, a great investment.
