A different consistency
2 of 2 found this helpful Too soon to tell on any skin improvement but I like the consistency of the product. It is not harsh on the skin. Gentle enough not to irritate MY eye area which as ALWAYS an issue

Not for me
To me the book sends mixed messages it talks about getting healthy but the soup they have you make they want you to put in a package of dry onion soup mix have you ever read the ingredients? And the soup is suggested to remove toxins. Wouldn't that mean putting in natural foods?
Been a few pages later he talks about stuffing yourself stuff stuff. Another mixed message that's not biblical.
I quit at page 50. I'm sure the last 50 say about the same. I'll probably finish it at some point just to hear the end of the story.
