The locket was placed in a clear bag and then placed in a cardboard priority envelope. I could have sent it first class. My suggestion would be that if you aren't paying for shipping then you might want to request special shipping instructions. I'm also glad that it wasn't damaged. I do my best to ship things safely and securely, but you can't please everyone. Thank you for your positive feedback :)
