If you value your health, read this book!
Excellent book, easy to read, well organized, and packed with information about health choices that is not available in conventional health reading. First section is straight reading in short, concise chapters. Rest of book is a cookbook with margins also packed with additional info from many, many other sources, quotes from other books, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
