Almost Great
Waiting for a replacement, started making a horrible noise just after using it. Vibration of the wheels but, if the next one is ok then it works well.

Solid Item
Very solid utensil, but if the bagels are very soft you may need to turn them and go again. We buy ours in bulk and freeze them so, when partly thawed they cut better. A great machine!
