First time use
2 of 2 found this helpful Older man. Been exercising on and off 40 years. Did triathlons in my 50's. Now in my 60's.
Too hard to know after 11 days, but so far energy up, strength improved and muscle response is similar to my 40's.
This is one of a few products that has definitely been useful. Anxious to see what 30 days yields for results.
