No good for carpets
I bought this to secure my rug which is prone to slipping on my carpet but found that it is not suitable for carpets. it probably works very well on hard floors.

Not suitable for all
This is a good quality product but only suitable if you already have a decent thickness of foam on your ironing board.
The foam backing is very thin and this is not made clear on the product description. I managed to use it in the end by placing it over my existing cover.
