It works and it is cheap, but....
It works, it is very cheap, but you would be a fool to lock anything valuable up with it. It is not strong enough. However to lock an old bike up while you pop into a shop for a few minutes it is better than nothing - and very cheap!
Cable is short.

Cheap but it works well
I don't think you'd want to raise and lower this constantly. Attached with small clips etc. But to shade the rear seats in a saloon it is pretty ideal. My car is a traditional saloon - 1990 Merc S Class - and has a large fixed parcel shelf to which this fixes reliably.
