Very Happy with my purchase
2 of 2 found this helpful It's always a bit of a risk buying something expensive on Ebay, especially when it says that box might be damaged. Will bits me missing, has someone already used it? However this fire arrived in the time it said, there was no more damage to the box than there might of been from a large street retailer and although we had a few moments where we couldn't get the "smoke" to start, a little perseverance and moving the cable from by the sensor, we were up and running. We have not set the thermostat as yet as not really needed just yet but its a nice feature.
I loved this fire when I first saw it and not been disappointed with it in situ. We don't often have the heat element on, just the fire effect makes the room feel warm and cosy with out all the mess of a real fire, If you have children you can rest assured that even if they open the doors, they are not going to be burnt.
Great fire, what I wanted and a sizable saving to where I first saw it. So happy I actually wrote a review which I can't usually be bothered to do
