Unlike some, this actually does the job.
Had an issue when one of the plastic connectors on my original pipe snapped off, leading to diesel filling up the injector wells. So I bought one of the many "OE quality" copies available on eBay for a tenner. Bad idea! It was the right shape, fitted fine, but as leak proof as a tea bag. I was mopping less diesel up with my original broken pipe. Didn't fancy being robbed by the dealer, and managed to find this item. A perfect fit, no more leaks, job done. If your connectors have the brown O rings, I'd steer clear of the cheap pipes with the black or green rings.

Does the job it's designed to do
With the long, wet, winter the garden has resembled an Alabama swamp, minus the gators. I bought this tool with a mind to bore through the clay to some decent sub surface with more drainage. 3 feet down, and still clay! Plan B was to drill several strategic sumps to allow excess water to fill these rather than flood the lawn. half a dozen 3 feet holes dug, and this tool has preformed admirably. Yes, it was heavy going, but it was almost solid clay. I have no doubt that clearing a few holes in decent earth for fence posts (ie, it's actual design purpose) would be a pretty easy task, and a lot cheaper than renting a motorised one that is probably going to try and throw you across the garden when it hits a decent sized stone! Overall I'd certainly recommend this tool to anybody that doesn't mind having to apply a bit of elbow grease to get the job done.

It really does work!
We bought a hot tub last year, and all through summer it annoyed me that grit etc collected in the corners, with no way of removing it between water changes. This year we're doing some work in the garden, so there is a lot of sand etc kicking about, and I decided to see what was out there to combat this problem. I looked at quite a few vacs, some expensive, some not so. With no experience of this kind of tool, I didn't want to throw money away on something that promised much, but delivered little. I picked this one as it was a reasonable price, and had good reviews. Assembly took a minute or so, and when complete it does feel sturdy and well made. It is very easy to use, just dunk it in the tub, pump the handle a couple of times to fill with water, and away you go. It took a couple of minutes to go around the edge of the tub sucking up all the sand that had gathered. When I'd done the floor of the tub was completely sand free. Simple to put together, simple to use, and it honestly does the job.
