Faulty design of sun lounger
This lounger has a design flaw, in that the cross-members ( including the axle) are set at the same level as the canvas. This means that, when the back support is at lie-flat position, or close to it, the cross-members dig into your body. The lounger is adequate otherwise, ie when NOT set in lie-flat position or close to it.
