After 3 attempts I can now roast my own coffee beans at home!
I've been trying to roast my own coffee beans at home & I came upon this machine. I had a little play with the temp setting & found around 12 mins or so on 220 degrees gave me a very good med roast coffee. Green coffee beans are about half the cost of ready roasted & so I will enjoy fresh weekly batches from now on. If you can be bothered it is satisfying (although smokey!) way to get cheaper, fresh roasted coffee on demand. PS - wait 24 hours to drink for very best results!!
