  Item arrived in really good condition, however did not function as expected and I needed to return it. The seller tried to talk me down from a full return, using phrases such as "I'm sure that this isn't what you want" when I didn't want to keep a faulty product. I also had to raise a case with eBay to get a refund after waiting 3 days from the return being delivered.
