  Had a slight issue with item as i thought it was not exactly as described, however the seller contacted me and offered a complete refund with postage very quickly. Decided to keep item as it worked ok, excellent response, would deal with again.

  Hello, I have offered the buyer a full refund and also I would do whatever it takes to put things right, to ask the buyer to remove his bad feedback, he never gave me the chance in the first place to put things right, and now says the item isn't to dad and is now using it. please I have asked the buyer to remove the black mark as this ruins my feedback which if you look at it, I think you will agree, please ask him to be fair and retract his feedback of me.   Item totally as described with a little fettleing I have very successful fitted tool holder to a similar lathe to the original replacing an inferior tool holder. Never happy with postage prices but was very very well packaged eliminating chance of damage.
