Sharpy, by name only...
This is the type of straight razor you would look at as a first razor to see if you like the old fashioned way of shaving. Sadly, it is more than likely going to put you off before you begin. The steel is to cheap to stay sharp throughout the shave, and will need to be fully honed and stropped prior to use. Without experience with straight razors you are unlikely to achieve a decent edge, and the blade will snag and cut in, resulting in a painful introduction to the world of straight razor shaving.
If you want to get into straight razor shaving you need to invest a bit of money in the first razor - £80 is about right. The Sharpy is great when you want to practice your honing skills, to make sure you can do it properly before you have a go on a Dovo or Thiers Issard! If you can get a shaving edge on a Sharpy you'll be fine on a real blade.

Absolute rubbish
1 of 1 found this helpful These scales are supposed to weigh items up to 300 Kg - I only used it 4 times to weigh 25 Kg items, and it's already broken. It is also supposed to be industrial - I wouldn't class using it four times as industrial use. Now it weighs one of my twin boys as being 560 lbs, and the other as minus 520 lbs!! In real life they both weigh the same, and it's about 75 lbs each. To re-calibrate this item you will need a calibrated weight of 25, 50 or 100 KG. I am lucky enough to be friendly with the local postmaster who has just such a thing - without it you cannot reset the scales. Sadly not even this does any good and they will simply not weigh anything. To summarise, if you need to weigh more than 4 items, don't buy it. If you need to be accurate to within a quarter of a ton, don't buy it. In fact, just don't buy it!
