  Seller put no stamps on package. Consequently the Post Office fined me £7. If I had not paid the fine, the package would have been thrown away, because there was no return address. The packaging should have been a box, but instead was an improvised envelope made from 2 pieces of cardboard sellotaped together. The envelope did not let the contents - magazines - lie flat, so they arrived distorted, and crumpled at the top corner. The seller did not reply to my messages. In short, poor service.
