What we thought was healthy may not be!

The Plant Paradox book is the result of Dr Gundry's extensive research and experience. I like the full version as the ideas are well laid out and easier to comprehend. The diet he outlines is not exactly easy to accomplish and stick to, but I believe there are solid reasons to follow his recommendations. This book could ease a multitude of symptoms if folks would adopt an open minded attitude and at least try to understand the reasons behind the doctor's theories. We live in a world where the food supply has been tampered with, and many are either fat or perhaps very thin, and they can't begin to know why. Mental issues abound, and now we find out what we thought was healthy for us may not be! Therefore, I am suggesting to my friends and family that they pick up copy. These ideas are not mainstream, but may lead to reduced health issues of varying sorts, and a happier life.

If I could only have three books this would be one of them.

This is a very worthwhile book my husband and I read every morning. We've worn out our first book, hence I have ordered another! The content is deep and demands concentrated attention, but has enriched our lives immensely. If I could have only three books, they would be: The Holy Bible, Matthew Henry's Commentary of the Bible, and this book, My Utmost for His Highest. A highly recommended book for devoted Christians everywhere.
