  Item was posted as "a pair". I specifically asked seller if "pair" meant two(2) units and got the response YES so, I ordered for a project needing 2 units. I got only one unit, contacted seller with a picture of the 1 unit and asked for a refund for the one unit not sent. Seller refunded less than one half of cost the 2 units and less than one half of the tax paid; amount refunded was ~$4 short. Not sure seller truly understood the word "pair" on the posting or there was deception involved.
