    Bad seller. A very unhelpful person who cancelled my paid for purchase. I specifically asked him not to cancel. He said he could not send the items as he had no box big enough; it would be too stressful to send my items. I see he has no trouble posting other sold items. I had offered to buy and send him a suitable box, and to pay for and arrange a courier to pick up from him in Bristol and deliver to me in London. I was unable to travel over the holiday period. I bought well so he cancels!

    I can understand you're disappointed, but I had specifically advertised these as collection only as I don't have a box large enough in which to post these items and Royal Mail don't collect items this large, meaning I would have to take them somewhere different, which I wasn't prepared to do. Yes I regularly post items, but those items are small, I have the packaging for them and Royal Mail will collect them from my house at no extra charge.I am not a 'bad seller', and if you look at my reviews

Very good replacement
Same size and shape as original, but slightly different, cheaper feel. All the buttons work (apart from the 3D button, but then we haven't got a 3D TV, so we can't expect too much!). The direction buttons around the OK button and the OK button itself have a 'clicky' action, not like the original soft press, which none of us like, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.
