What a beauty.
2 of 2 found this helpful Bought this item so that I could fry venison steaks in the outhouse and not stink the kitchen up. (No place to put a hood up in the kitchen). Heats up as fast as a gas hob and cools down just as quickly; it has a good range of variable heat and as a bonus is very easy to clean. You do need cooking implements that work on an induction hob; otherwise it does a brilliant job for what I want it for. Top marks for this cooking device.
