They work!
I have an arch issue which causes pain to radiate up through my ankle. These are very helpful - not 100% relief - but much less pain. The material is sturdy, not like the knitted material of some compression ankle sleeves I bought recently. They unravelled the first time I washed them. The gel pad is glued to the sleeve securely. They can feel weird at first but you get used to them and since they reduce the pain, you'll keep them on.
