missing everything but thre gps, why

I had expecting to received the wire, holder adaptor to the gps but only received the gps, this suck

under a testing phase, only one speed is working speed knob broken maybe gear box is broken too

the hi and low speed do not work and the speed knob was broken when I got it, but the unit do work only on one speed
