Perfect "reawakening" for my aged headphones

Bought these ear pads for my "old" headphones (lingering in a corner for quite a while) after reading positive feedback. Happy I did and glad at last I figured out how to fit them, because they don't get just pulled over like a hood over a head. I know that saying "no written suggestions attached" sounds silly, but they are not only foam rubber pads as they come with a second layer and two plastic bangles/ washers for sealing on the inside.
