Bob Brister was an outstanding shotgunner, besides being a great author, photographer and outdoor sports writer. He was responsible for Sporting Clays being introduced in America and his theories and techniques were often ahead of his time. An example is his patterning shot strings with paper on a moving trailer. Federal finally accomplished the same thing with computers screens forty years later! His book is one of the best guides available for beginners to experts. .
