  The seller offered me a full refund and let me keep the damaged game I bought after it arrived scratched and I couldn't play it. Their communication to me and money transfer was polite and happened almost immediately. I don't think the seller knowingly sold me a damaged item, as the picture on the listing looked fine, so it must have happened in transit somehow. Good customer service all around.
